Plans & Strategies

Dear LAPMS Families and Friends,

As our partner in accomplishing our goals, it is always important to be transparent in communicating our plans and strategies to you, our dear families and friends.

Soiled and dirty clothes must be taken home every afternoon and must be replaced with fresh, clean clothes the following day.  There are pillows and thick blankets in the children’s cubbies that are needed to be taken home as well.  The children’s cubbies are not sufficient space for thick blankets and pillows or even toys.  Cubbies must contain only a small blanket, fitted sheet, and extra clothes.   Extra clothes that have not been taken home for a long time must be picked up by Friday, otherwise these will be donated next week.  On Fridays, please ensure that your child’s beddings are taken home and washed, so that it is clean and ready for use the following week.

Medications that are administered daily must be taken home in the afternoon and be brought back to school if needed.  Forms are available at the front desk for completion and for your signature in order for us to administer your child’s medication.

The child’s file is a very important record for our future references.  Please complete and update your child’s allergy information if needed, parents’ contact information, and other necessary updates for emergency and security purposes.
