Summer will be over before you know it. And the kids will (hopefully) be back in school. For real. Full time. Safely. At Learn And Play Montessori we’re excited to think about it! What’s more, we know that many, many parents are EAGER to get their kids back into school and get back to life as normal, or at least as near normal as it is going to get for a while.
We have been planning and thinking for weeks, and we have put a whole string of safety measures into place in our preschools in Fremont, CA. It is important that you do, because there are some things that, as a parent, we ask you to do, such as wearing a face mask when you drop your child off at the school.

Of course, we also aim to ease these measures as soon as it is safe to do so, but we all know that a vaccine is some months away yet, so in the interim we have to adopt best practice. We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Child Care Licensing Department (CCLD), County Health Department, and other government organizations, and we will continue to adapt and make changes to our safety measures as more information becomes available.
